Complete Exterior Renovation - Partial concrete step and walkway replacement, interior and exterior demo, add rigid insulation and Tyvek at exterior wall areas, replace windows, modify exterior electrical, install new exterior light fixtures, installation of new rough cedar trim and pre-finished Hardi Plank horizontal siding, staining of all trim and miscellaneous painting. Also included in the project was remodeling of outside hot tub/common area including new redwood hot tub deck, new moss rock stone columns and a Trex guardrail system between the stone columns around the common area; also construction of an 8' x 15' equipment building.
