Nestled in historic Bill's Ranch is a small Cabin. In this cabin, there is a history of its own. 

In the 1950's a man with a dream purchased a piece of land with the intention of someday spending time in Summit County. Some years later, this man retired from the Air Force and with the help of family and friends, he build a cabin for all of his famil and friends to enjoy for generations to come. 

In 2015, one son who helped his father build this cabin had a dream that he had to pursue. The old cabin still had the original carpet, appliances cabinets and finishes that his father left behind. It was time to redesign and reconstruct with new finishes for his children and their families
